The Colosseum is a modular, 3D printable terrain set designed for small scale wargames and skirmish games—think fast-paced action. If you’ve ever wanted to recreate those close, tactical showdowns you’ve seen online, this terrain is built with that kind of game in mind.
Inspired by Play On’s King of the Colosseum
A big shoutout to the team at Play On Tabletop—their King of the Colosseum format played a huge part in sparking this idea. It was actually a member of our local club who suggested we do something similar. We loved the intensity and cinematic vibe of their setup and wanted to create a terrain set that could capture that same energy on our own tables (and hopefully yours too).

These were part of our first version of the walls that were printed to run our own mini tournament at the local gaming club. Much fun was had and we received some valuable feedback as to how to improve the designs moving forward.
What You’ll Get
The Kickstarter includes STL files for the full set: large curved walls as well as smaller interior and exterior L-shaped walls. It’s designed to print easily on home FDM printers, with no supports needed. You can scale it to your preferred game system, and we’ve included some features to help with dice use and theme customisation.
The current sizes should fit no bother on a 3×3 gaming table and won’t require any scaling.
Campaign Runs for 28 Days
The campaign will run for 4 weeks starting today, and we’ll be updating it along the way with stretch goals and extras based on community feedback. Whether you’re a club gamer, a hobbyist, or just someone who loves cool terrain, we’d love to have your support as we get this project off the ground.
The end date is the 15th of March, so make sure that you back it if you are interested in getting a copy of the terrain early.
